Your account and workspace
Keep your account details accurate and your login credentials private. Organization owners and administrators manage their team’s access. You must have authority to act for an organization you register.
Creator subscriptions
Creator subscriptions renew monthly at the price shown in your subscription review and Paystack checkout. Price changes apply to new purchases; existing subscribers retain their current provider plan. Invitations let team members use their organization’s active license without buying an individual subscription.
Subscriptions renew monthly through Paystack until renewal is cancelled. Your payment screen shows the amount before you pay. A successful verified payment activates access. Cancel future renewal from Billing; paid access continues to its expiry date. If payment fails, premium access may stop when the paid period ends. Contact support with your payment reference to resolve failed payments, duplicate charges, or request a refund review.
Polls and respondent rewards
Your subscription and poll reward funding are separate. Review the reward pool and applicable funding fee before funding a poll. You are responsible for the content you submit, permissions to use uploaded materials, and how you use poll results. Do not create deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful polls, misuse personal data, or manipulate responses.
Service and support
Poll results reflect the responses collected and should not be presented as representative of a wider population without supporting evidence. We may restrict accounts or content that misuse the service and investigate payment or security problems. For access, billing, corrections, or complaints, contact [email protected].

The privacy notice explains the information used to operate accounts, subscriptions, and polls. We will identify material changes to these terms when asking you to accept an updated version.
